Right of withdrawal

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry and exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance of the contract after you have given your express consent to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (§ 356 para. 5 BGB). We obtain this consent during checkout; the supply of the files begins immediately after payment.
Photo products (prints, canvases and the like)
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). This applies to photo products made according to your selection of images from your gallery.
Your statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected in all cases.
